'Talk to transform'- by talking through your goals, limiting beliefs may be identified, as well as motivating or demotivating factors. We will work through these together to create a plan of action for change to be your best self.

About me: I am a qualified professional coach working with clients to achieve their goals. These may focus on relationship management, career progression, life coaching, behaviour management (e.g. low confidence or stress management etc), and interview technique. 

I am a registered Occupational Therapist ( https://www.hcpc-uk.org/check-the-register/) having worked for the NHS clinically, and strategically for 27 years. This experience enables me to be both challenging and supportive as a coach and an ability to build rapport and work with a diverse range fo people. I am a sole trader, looking to expand my business by supporting people to be their best selves. talk to transform is the very essence of coaching, I love helping people to achieve their life goals.

How it works










  1. Use the link below or here to book a free introductory session with me.
  2. The introductory session will give us a chance to get to know each other. I will tell you a bit about me and how coaching works. We can then discuss your goal and timeline to achieve it. If we both feel we can work together then you can book the first coaching session via the same link above. I am happy to discuss alternative payment plans for NHS workers, students and low income households.
  3. We will establish a SMART goal (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time bound) so we are both clear on the outcome you want to achieve. Don't worry this isn't a contract, it can often change over time, once we start to discuss barriers, enablers and levels of motivation. 
  4.  People usually have a round 6 sessions to achieve their goal but frequency and time between sessions is driven by you.
  5.  I will check in at the start of every session to identify the levels of support or challenge required on that particular day. I will also provide feedback and regularly check in on our progress, what we may want to do more of, stop, or do differently.   
  6.  During our sessions we will discuss sustainability so that changes you make can continue after our sessions have finished. 
  7. Toward the end of our sessions we will summarise, identify if a ‘check in’’ session is required in the future to measure sustainability.
  8. Finally I will request feedback from you to ensure I am continuously learning and improving.
